My name is Bo Goedhart and I work as a legal advisor at SPEE advocaten & mediation. My main areas of focus within the firm are labour law and corporate law.

In 2025, I completed my Master’s degree in Law at Maastricht University (Commercial and Corporate Law). During my studies I gained practical legal experience early on through internships at various law firms and companies. Additionally, during my time on the board at Maastricht University, where I was responsible for organising the INKOM introduction week, I learned how to get things done and to perform under pressure.

What defines me? My fighting spirit. When I was younger, I was a judoka on the Dutch national team. This taught me to always strive for the highest achievable goal and to never give up. I apply this mentality to my work every day. Perseverance, discipline, and resilience are essential qualities for me. I combine this with great empathy.

During my career so far, I have built an extensive and diverse network, which benefits our clients. I am fluent in Dutch, English, and German at a professional level. As a result, complex disputes, including those with an international aspect, hold no secrets for me.
